We had Timber Stand Improvement remove a large ponderosa pine tree where there was limited access in our backyard and it was close to the house. The crew were all respectful and willing to answer questions. While a man in the tree was trimming branches and preparing to take the main trunk down in sections, the ground crew was cleaning up and moving debris to the shredder. Yesterday, Timber Stand Improvement’s (TSI) crew did an excellent job of pruning and thinning 4 of my trees (Maples & Pines). TSI’s personnel starting with my initial request for quote from a gentleman named Nate was prompt in responding and made sure the desired scope of work was clearly understood and documented and the quote was very reasonable for the amount of worked performed. Nate and his crew did an incredible job removing, limbing and stump grinding some sick trees we had. The Timber Stand crew was friendly, professional and considerate of our time and property. The cleanup was so well done, you wouldn't have even known that we had a whole crew there. Nate's communication was great, and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend Timber Stand Improvement, and I will be sure to call on them in the future for any future tree care needs.
