Ashley, I am sorry that we failed to make your stay enjoyable. First, I appreciate your listing the pros before the cons, that was generous. It seems as if we failed you on a number of levels, including the heat. We are in the process of updating our units to have wall unit heaters, and it is quite clear that until we complete that process we need to provide better heating for our guests, multiple heaters. Mrs. Ritter I am sorry you felt that way, we certainly didn't mean to come across that way. The staff was unable to make a decision with out looking why the cabin was comp.in the first place. They did express your concerns. I am very sorry that the cabins were full and we were unable to change you to a different unit. I was going to contact you when returning to the office on Monday, to make the situation better.
