RecommendedWe've been here since about September of 2019 and love it. Great staff. Well maintained, if you have a problem it's fixed ASAP. Cheryl is awesome and the new asst is very nice. Sure miss Lizbeth though. The maintenance workers are courteous. Love our apartment. Very quiet here. I highly recommend this place for a forever home.
if I had to have a place to go I wouldn't live here at all. the person or who ever is in charge of them cause they dont know what they are doing there is one person there that I would do business with an she is really sweet an does her job the other one cant do anything but talk about what she has done for a living an how it's her property an how she does this an that an how she keeps an eye on every thing an know every one personally but yet I fell she doesn't really know anything about what she is doing an can be very rude... read more
I give Lizbeth Donley a 5 star on helping us and she's very accurate on everything she will not lead u wrong go see her at timber ridge very family oriented and elderly accepted as well...

Some things could be fixed but Cheryl is great!!!! She is fair and honest. She's helped me a lot over the past 2 years.
I'm so Thankful we serve a God. Who loves us more than life. God takes care of his children.He protects his own. Hallelujah God moved me out of Parkridge before the fire. Sorry people got hurt I suffer physically from Mold in that apt 4 years. All we have to do is live for God everyday of our life and Pray he directs us in our Foot Steps. I want to thank Cheryl Smith and Aubrea York for making me feel special here at my new apt at Timber Ridge I recommend people to live here. Sincerely Suzanne Puzio
As a new resident I like living here. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance issues are taken care quickly. The grounds are clean and well maintained. �
