Have only lived here a few months but the units are spacious and the property is maintained beautifully. The office staff and maintenance and housekeeping staff are fantastic. Amenities abound. Garage, pool an en suite washer dryers. All have 2 bedroom and 2 FULL baths. Best hidden gem in the area! I have now been here almost 18 months and I'll add that it's the best kept secret in Westlake. I have had ZERO complaints. This will be our forever home! A big thank you to the Fab 4 maintenance staff!
I have lived here 12 years, we loved it. Since Sherri has retired, it's gone completely down hill. They have raised our rent 200 dollars a month. And I called the office a week ago and reported my dryer quit working on their office phone. Called emergency line next day. The new manager basically called me a liar, saying I left no message. And she she'd put in a work order like it wasn't important. My husband stopped again on Friday. Still nothing. I lived in timber ridge for seven months starting May 2025. While the rooms were spacious and good I wanted a lease until December. When I talked to the Leasing Office they assured me that I can extend the lease until December however, when I called them to extend the lease, they told me the lease has already been taken over and I cannot extend the lease which was appalling. I am downsizing and found the apartments very spacious. The staff could not have been better. I am very pleased with my experience of viewing their apartments.
