This place is unreasonable, as I am on disability an get paid in the middle of the month , they would not adjust my rent date as they said it was not a good enough explanation, so I get charged $100 for a late fee. that is a extra $1200 a year. Then I get a email saying they will look into it , almost a 3 years an still nothing. Still getting the run around. Beware of Timberlake Apartments.They created significant hardship in securing stable housing for me and my child! I have a Section 8 voucher and was seeking housing for myself and my child. I found an apartment I was interested in, and the leasing agent told me the rent was $1,145 per month. Based on that information, I paid a $240 application fee.
