New management has been wonderful. Sandy and the maintenance team are very responsive and helpful. Very excited about the upgrades coming.
The front desk staff at the property seem to maintain a polite demeanor, but one "manager Sandra" sitting in the back office here is unreasonable and downright rude. It feels like they'll go out of their way to drive you out. She also speaks in a very impolite manner, accompanied by crude. If I were you, I'd suggest finding another apartment. New management team has really taken the reigns and cleaned this place up!
This place was amazing! The office staff was great, the maintenance staff is the best! Maintenance supervisor that came with the new owners last year has turned this place around! Give him a raise!!!
