I’ve called multiple times leaving voicemails and I’ve filled out their form online just to have no one return our calls. I’ve been trying to get my 17 month old seen for the first time. My older girls go to Waschak but they don’t take my youngest daughters insurance. I’ve heard great things about Timberkids but can’t get anyone in Grants Pass to call us. I don’t live close by and am not going to make a special trip just to walk in. Really disappointed no one will return my call.
RecommendedDr. Robinson is truly an amazing dentist! He is amazing with kids and very efficient when completing procedures. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who has littles that need dental work done!
This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and I was so glad that they were able to get her in and out quickly. She took to them pretty well for being one and having people in her mouth 😂 They were very calm with her and did everything they could to help her not be scared. I am very glad to have brought her to Timber Kids.
The office and exam area were painted in relaxing colors and check-in was a breeze with the pleasant front staff. The kids were seen BEFORE their appointment time, which got us on our way sooner. The professional staff was calm and reassuring to the kids throughout their time in the chair, and all projected work was discussed. I highly recommend Timber Kids Dentistry for your family!
I highly recommend Timber Kid's Dentistry for anyone that has special needs kid's. They were absolutely wonderful and totally willing to be patient as long as it took. It was such a great experience not just for me but also for my little. Thank you Timber Kid's!
Dr. Hanks is a great dentist with very friendly and professional staff, they make my kids feel comfortable and safe during their treatments. My son Aaron would go see Dr. Hanks everyday if he could! Thank you for the quality of care and patience.
I've taken my 14 month old there once so far and I loved the environment. He loved watching the other kids play in the waiting room and even though he wasn't too fond of someone in his mouth (which is understandable), I appreciated the care they had for him while he was uncomfortable. Glad my friend referred us to Timber Kids. 😊
The environment is very kid-friendly! The staff are all so kind and great with kids of all ages! Wonderful place!
