Terrible place to live. The costs are outrageous, when everything was said and done we paid $1100 a month for a 1 br 1 bath apartment. The pond is more like a swamp. There is geese poop literally everywhere... all over the sidewalks, all over the grass, all over the parking lot but they somehow have a rule of cleaning up after your pets when you take them outside? RecommendedI absolutely love it here we have been here for 5 years and just Transferred to a updated Unit because they were updating our old unit I love the new place better went to a bigger Unit . We have never had any problems with Maintenance they are all great they come within hours of calling or Emailing.. I’ve read previous Reviews and we have never had issue with our Cars being broke into and I never heard anyone say anything about that . So I highly recommend this Apartment Complex And Tiffany is great 🥰
Overpriced, pain in the butt place to live. They will squeeze everything they can from you, give nothing in return and then kick you out when they have the chance. Lived in this rent trap for what felt like forever. Things never worked like they should have, neighbors were always awful, parking was ridiculous and I cant begin to count the number of times our cars were broken into or vandalized in this place. We lived there for 3 years and for two of those years we were forced to live in a marijuana smoke haze! Our neighbors smoked 24/7, to each his own, but not when m my kids have to deal with it! The office refused to do anything, which left me to call the cops almost daily. Ridiculous! Also, get ready to pay for the outdoor lights, and community cable whether you want it or not! They nickel and dime you here
the apartments could use some better updating, mainly the windows for winter but we made do. the ladies in the office, especially Tiffany, are so sweet and helpful!
I'm kind of high maintenance so when I say this community is a great place to live..you gotta believe me. Management is good, neighbors are respectful and my little buddy Jax enjoys the balcony welcoming every one home, and they put up with it!... (if you can call barking at you a welcome home) 😁😁
Taking away someone’s SERVICE DOG? I can’t even handle the ignorance. Wow. I can’t wait to see your company sued to hell and back. Federal law will always supersede state law, in case you were curious. What a disappointing company you are.
I thought, I would never live in another appartment complex again. But the staff and the community here are amazing. Makes me feel at home and not to far from what ever you need. I would recommend this to any family or friend.
