So I have been here almost 5 years The pool cheers are from the 90s The car wash station is a hose The Tinnis court is falling apart They keep office area clean but not so much in other areas
Terrible Customer Service. Management is consistently unreachable via phone and email responses take forever if they come at all. Staff is deceptive and dismissive about what is and is not required such as forcing you into thier renters insurance, wifi, and cable ($92 a month for cable alone, $125 for their whole "amenities package") even if you find a cheaper plan on your own you cannot opt out. Timber Hollow has been a great place to live! The bus stop is right at the front of the community, which makes getting around Chapel Hill super easy—especially for someone without a car. Jackson has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process and really made me feel welcome here. The location, the quiet vibe, and how convenient everything is has made this a great home.
I’ve loved living at Timber Hollow! The team here, especially Jackson, is super helpful and always quick to respond. The pool is hands-down the best part—huge, clean, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The whole place feels peaceful and tucked away but still close to everything in Chapel Hill. Definitely recommend!
