If you don’t mind living with mold, it’s not *that* bad. My boyfriend & I moved in Octoberish 2024 (moved out December ‘25) before a new management changeover happened. We were shown a different unit than the one we would be renting, the apartment shown was clean & refreshed. Obviously ours was not. There was mold lining the entire place, making our closets a sweetspot for mold to grow, ruining many of our items as we realized the severity of the mold. Mold in the HVAC, no bathroom fans, poor insulation, and soft spots in the flooring. These were ongoing issues that were never properly addressed. When I tried to leave due to these conditions, management stopped responding to emails and wouldn’t answer the phone. I sent documented notice of my move-out date and a mail forwarding request and received no response.. then they keep me on the emailing list and ask me to recommend to people to live here?! I've been here going on 2yrs. The first year was great but since then things have gone south. Some of the main service's that drew me here have been canceled. Good luck getting hold of anyone in the office, half the time they never answer the phone other times I've gone to the office at 10am (they open at 9am) and the staff have gone to lunch. If you have another option I'd take it
