Timber Hollow has been a great place to live! The bus stop is right at the front of the community, which makes getting around Chapel Hill super easy—especially for someone without a car. Jackson has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process and really made me feel welcome here. The location, the quiet vibe, and how convenient everything is has made this a great home.
I’ve loved living at Timber Hollow! The team here, especially Jackson, is super helpful and always quick to respond. The pool is hands-down the best part—huge, clean, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The whole place feels peaceful and tucked away but still close to everything in Chapel Hill. Definitely recommend!
It’s odd to me that the phones are consistently not answered during open hours. After many tries calling at different times and on different days, I finally got someone on the line and asked when a convenient time to call would be. The response I got was simply, “call when we’re open.” To no fault of their own, the new intern also wasn’t able to answer any questions until a property manager, who “may or may not be coming in,” arrives.
