Very professional management team. Grounds are well kept at all times
We moved in almost a year ago and the complex exceeded my expectations. We moved in from out of state and the management team made the process as painless as possible. The maintenance team is awesome and the neighbors I've met are cool. My only complaint has nothing to do with the complex or management, but is more of a PDX issue as a whole. The surrounding area is rough and the "campers" do not respect much of anything. Maintenance chases them off when they can, but if there is a major issue... you're on your own. Emergency... read more

I moved here with my partner in Oct, just about 4 months ago and so far it's been really great. The management team was sweet and left a "Welcome" mat for our door and a basket full of goodies inside our apartment. They also sent us a sweet holiday card for the new years :) . I recently put in a maintenance request and they responded within an hour so I'm grateful for their efforts. The maintenance man was super nice, professional and timely..
