They let their properties decay. The parking lot at property at 201 Balsam St N Cambridge, MN 55008 has been in SHAMBLES since 2012. Giant potholes and no paint lines. Drivers have to swerve and move around them risking accidents with other drivers or risk serious damage to their vehicles by not avoiding the holes. DO BETTER!
This company used our lawn care services for a property and agreed to the terms of early cancellation if the property sold. They did agree in both writing and verbally but guess what, they haven't paid us! They have ignored emails and phone calls regarding past due payments. For a small company, any past due balance hurts. Especially almost $1,000 worth of work not paid for.
