This was my first experience with Timber Dental. The online booking was easy and the online paperwork made it easy to just come in and check in without having to do anything extra. The staff that I encountered were all very polite and very helpful. I am happy I picked Timber as my new dental optics. I look forward to coming in again for my next visit
On March 4, 2021, I had my first appointment with Timber Dental at the NE location. This dental office was professional and very thorough. The front desk, hygienist and Dr. Michelle Falbo McGowan were awesome. I will be back for a crown (fractured tooth) and all subsequent cleanings. I was so impressed I referred my friend to Timber Dental. He has an appointment at the Bethany location. I wouldn't schedule appointments close to holidays. Staff will rush their work and do a poor job.
I’ve been going to Timber Dental for a couple years now and am happy with their service. The team is friendly and do their jobs well.
I am so grateful they got me in so quickly when I needed their help! The doctors, assistants and front staff are not only thoroughly professional, but very personable and compassionate when my prognosis was not great, and I was probably going to have to go thru some complex procedures. I recommend Timber Dental to my family and friends all the time!
