RecommendedNicholas Mertz has to be one of the best employees at this complex. He is well put together, very respectful, has great communication skills, and made my move in experience so much easier. In all honesty this man deserves a raise for all of the great work he has been doing
RecommendedThey have worked hard the last 10 months from remodeling units, to fixing any maintenance type issue that come up quickly. We pet owners so appreciate that you changed the volleyball area into a lovely dog park and agility area for our pets. NEW washers and Dryers in the laundry room, wow you guys ROCK!! The whole team is amazing. Thank you for being so good to so many of us from the camp fire and always being kind professionals.
DO NOT rent from this place or at least give a holding deposit unless you are 100% for sure you are moving in. If you change your mind or do not return to Chico State in fall they WILL NOT refund even with plenty of notice.
This is BY FAR the worst apartment complex I have lived in. If I ever had a daughter I would NEVER move her in here. They moved a 40 year old schizophrenic guy into my apartment without notice. He would let homeless people sleep over and after COUNTLESS complaints management did NOTHING about it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
