My experience at Timber Cove has had its ups and downs but overall I recommend highly for its friendly staff, price, and location. It’s a great neighborhood for families and pets. I hope you enjoyed this review.
They have a friendly staff and are very quick on maintenance. Can be a bit pricey, though.
Timber cove has been a great place to live. The management is great and all of the workers are very nice. Our apartment was clean and kept up when we moved in. We are very happy with it!
Location was not worth all the trouble... The maintenance staff/office staff do not communicate at all, sometimes took days to get to an issue and don't even leave a note if they fix the issue while you're out. At one point, I reported my window was broken (I adopted a stray who had some behavioural issues, I did pay for the window). No communication about the repairs at all until a month later, while I'm working from home, some guy shows up and says he's there to replace the window. The management here is incredibly responsible. They're quick to respond to any issues, even coming over after hours to help fix things. They also promptly upgrade or replace the room's basic facilities, which is a huge plus. The community is super friendly, making this a perfect place for anyone new to Decatur.
