Unresolved package theft, hallways reek with the smell of weed. Avoid if you have kids, find a better place!

Moved here around 4 months ago and have had a lovely experience. Although there have been a few maintenance issues with the apartment, they are promptly fixed. The roof leaked and created bubbles in the ceiling, maintenance was out less than an hour of reporting and repaired it. The apartment even offered free carpet cleaning from a professional service after water from the ceiling leaked on the carpet. I enjoy my time here and would reccomend it.
