Asked for an estimate to do a fair amount of tree pruning. Owner came out as scheduled at end of week and was very knowledgable and said would have estimate by Monday. Didn't hear anything that Monday or that week, called and left 4 messages and an email over the course of the next 2 weeks and not one call or response nor an estimate.
Just want to give a shout out to Timber Beast! The crew that came were super nice, very professional, and left our property looking better than it did before they came. They work very well together, being efficient with their time and yours. Highly recommend them😊
I live in clarkston, same home for 36 years in the country with many trees. Have had many tree services throughout the years. Timber Beast came out today and removed many very tall dead elms and oaks. Very professional, latest equipment, very friendly crew, great price for all they did, and most of all they did a fantastic job including cleanup. They stand head and shoulders above all others. Timber Beast will be my tree company in the future. I Highly recommend them.
Exceptional work by the Timber Beast team. Everything about my experience was great- friendly staff, great workmanship, and fair pricing. Will use again.
I had Timber Beast out to my home to provide me with a quote. I was emailed the quote promptly. I replied to the email stating I wanted to proceed and please contact me to schedule. No response. Received another email asking me if I reviewed the quote. I replied yes, and want to proceed. Called three times over the last week and a half and left voicemails with no response. Edit: I exclusively called during normal business hours and have never had a missed phone call from Timber Beast.
