My client and I were very pleased with the services from Timan. We ordered Hunter Douglass Silhouette shades and they were installed on time, are gorgeous, and perform the functions my client needed. It’s seldom people do exactly what they promise but not in this case. We received the right product at the right time and it was installed correctly we couldn’t be more satisfied
I wanted to match 3 Hunter Douglas shades that I currently have. I was told that my current fabric was discontinued, the salesman offered a fabric as close as he could come to mine and I was OK with that. When the shades were installed the new fabric folds were much smaller than my original shades. I was never told they would be a different size. Very disappointed, he was more interested in the sale rather than satisfying a customer.
Timan window co. Us a great co. to call if you need really need any kind of help with your windows. They give you all the time you need. Had a little trouble with my one of my blinds came out looked at it, made me a new one , who does that. They stand behind everything they do. The service is just great.

I have worked with Timan Window Treatments on two separate occasions. First for patio shutters and later for custom blinds. Everyone including sales, office staff and installers are very knowledgeable and professional. They are very good communicators : quick to return calls-emails, updates for orders- delivery and they are prompt for appointments. Product quality is very important to me. Adam came out to my home and helped me pick the perfect shade for my bow window in my family room. Before it arrived I was a little nervous that I had not picked the right window treatment. The installers arrived and were wonderful. After the shade was installed, I realized how it was indeed the perfect treatment for my window. Love it.
