In 2020 & 2022, Timan helped me select window treatments to replace the inexpensive curtains I purchased when we bought our house 20+ years ago. They provided excellent guidance on fabric, style, and color. My experience from beginning to end was nothing less than excellent. Very professional staff. They came when they said they would, and on time! I had a small problem with my Hunter Douglas blinds three years later and Timan can and made everything new again! The technician that came to my home to do repairs was polite and efficient!
Sales and install processes were great, in addition to the product. We enjoy our blinds. I highly recommend Timan for their commitment to making the process easy for their customers.
