He was honest and did not try to lie to me and con me into having to buy a new pump. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was very good Excellent! Tim Winnett Plumbing & Sons was thorough, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. I was thrilled that I got an appointment quickly and that the plumber was on time, and very good. The costs were given before service began. Competent. Polite. The job was explained to Tim Winnett Plumbing & Sons before they arrived. I was called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very good and we were thrilled to have hot water.
