This is one of the best mobil home parks in this area. Friendly people, quiet, clean, great managers and maintence man. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to live. My step dad was one of the first residence to move in here. Wonderful potlucks for residence to meet and get to know you neighbors.
very nice park , my first Mobil home. Its been 5 years now , how time flys. Lots of good folks and a couple of odd balls to make a good mix. Lots of cook -outs ,great food. no pool but who wants to see all those wrinkles anyway. come join us and don't forget to bring a side dish.
I live at Tim Wa Moblie Home Park in Kelso,, Wa. For over 3+ years. I couldn't have found a better place to settle in. I feel safe here, I am content to spend the rest of my life here. All the homes are well cared for. The mgrs are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. They have an office in the Club House during business hours and always can be reached by phone any time. We have Pot Luck Get Togethers about 4 times a year all designed around the current season. Terry and I have lived here almost 8 years. We love it! Managers are awesome and do a great job. The only improvement I can suggest is a permanent yard debris dumpster during the fall and early spring. Most of the residents don't have a way to dispose of trimmings, nor do they have a vehicle to take it to the dump.
clean, well run, been here apparently for years. I feel safe here. In three years of living here, this is an 55yo and older mobile home park.
We’ve lived here just over one year and love it here. Very nice neighbors, activities and nice grounds.
