Pathetic, no good staff and no good work
Very bad experience. My hair was rushed and cut without much care, and unfortunately, it doesn’t look good at all. I specifically asked for a blow-dry, but only my bangs were blow-dried. Really disappointed with the service and the final result.
Horrible. the hairstylist didn't listen to my instructions/reference of how i wanted my hair cut. They cut my hair SIX centimeter shorter than i told them (yes my hair was long). They cut it based off of what they thought looked good. Please do not go here unless you want a completely different hairstyle then your reference photo or description.
Unsanitized equipments. Not listening to customer's preference. If you're looking for a haircut, Run away from here. Thumbs down
Cindy was nice enough to do my hair today. I’m always about experience and not to judge right away. Throughout the hair cut, she did show how my hair length was the moment she cut my hair. When she was cutting and brushing, it felt so rushed, I thought it was my hair that was extremely thick… My scalp was actually beginning to hurt… At the end she did blow dry my hair but half way.
