Tim was a delight to work with!! Tim came to my mom's house within hours to meet with my sister and me as our mother recently had passed and we were in from out of town. He instantly assessed her property and belongings and advised us accurately. The offer which came within 5 days of listing and exceeded our expectations!! Closing was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Tim for his deep understanding of the market and his positive, honest personality.
The best service by far in any area. Mr. Smith is the truth. The entire staff was very informative, more than friendly, extremely non judgemental, and totally not about the typical fluff one might come across in any industry. I can tell you like this...They will be invited to our new homestead for a cook out. They even have a Realty School. This is what you call "Upper Echelon". Awesome people.

An excellent experience! Tim and his assistant Frankie, really went above and beyond in the process of selling my house. Tim was the Buyers agent I worked with when I first bought the house, and he was my first choice when it was time to sell. He walked me through every step of the process, including marketing strategy, getting me the best price and terms, and finally assisting in a small snag just before settlement. I could not have asked for a better team!
