Tim impressed us from our very first consult. He spent 90 minutes with us answering every question we had as first time home buyers. He was always quick to respond to our emails and questions and was extremely professional. Even with the obstacle of a government shutdown that held up our loan, Tim got us to the closing table on schedule with a killer interest rate. Would 100% recommend Tim to our family and friends.

Tim made the entire homebuying process as stress free, and almost easy, as it could be. He was always quick to answer back any questions (even when he was on vacation!) and kept you informed of what stage of the process you were in. Would definitely use him again, and highly recommend!
