Tim took the initiative to reach out to us for refinancing our mortgage to a lower rate this summer of 2020. He was very helpful and timely through the whole process, and informative. Tim made owning my own home a fun, EASY process! I cannot believe how smooth and seamless he made the lending side of things for me on my recent purchase.
