Poor experience. I am a former client and this agency is poor in just about every area. I'm not sure how they have any clients in small city like Ft Myers. Good Experience! – I've had a really good experience with this insurance agency for about a year. One thing I really like about them is their customer service. I like that when I call with a question they are easy to get a hold of, they are helpful and that I'm talking to an actual person.
Very Responsive! – I've only been with Tim Shaw Insurance for 6 months but its been a positive experience so far. They provide me with car insurance. They are very responsive to any problems, questions or concerns that I may have. They are just overall excellent. I haven't had any problems yet and I'm sure it'll continue that way. -John P.
