Disaster! Mistake after mistake after mistake. Took my car in to be repaired after an accident. They call to tell me my car is ready. Upon picking it up, I walked around the car to check out the repairs. Some of the repairs were not completed. How do you miss not completing all repairs?!?! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention, there was gunk all over the trim from one of the repairs. Small details matter. Go back the next day to find that all repairs are done. Seems okay right?
