Disaster! Mistake after mistake after mistake. Took my car in to be repaired after an accident. They call to tell me my car is ready. Upon picking it up, I walked around the car to check out the repairs. Some of the repairs were not completed. How do you miss not completing all repairs?!?! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention, there was gunk all over the trim from one of the repairs. Small details matter. Go back the next day to find that all repairs are done. Seems okay right? Awful, careless work and so so service Brought in four loose wheels and tires to be roadforce balanced. Had the work completed for $130 +/-. Mounted the wheels at home and tq lugs to spec/sequence as I always have without issue (per FSM). Tires had a noticeable vibration at freeway speed. We had our first son a couple days later so it took me a couple weeks to get time to bring the vehicle back. When I told them of the issues they told me they would re balance them.
