Dr Moses provided excellent care.
Rushes procedures on patients, inconsistent with patient care, and horrible bedside manners.
Dr. Moses was a breath of fresh air. I was referred to him because of elevated PSA levels. He proactively contacted the lab and questioned the numbers. As a result of his conversation with the lab his first dialogue with me was very comforting and reassuring. He checked me physically and then sent me for a blood retest. He got the results the same day and called me at home that night with the good news that the PSA was fine. I cannot remember the last time that a Dr. called me personally.
My main reason for reviewing is the extremely long wait times. This includes the amount of time in the waiting room and sitting in the examining room. The last 3 times I've been, it has totaled well over 2 1/2 hours for a routine visit. No tests or procedures, just follow up. The office environment doesn't seem to be very clean, staff openly complains about things within earshot of the waiting room, and they don't seem very organized. Dr. Moses seems to be knowledgable and is friendly.
