My husband had blood clots in urine and double hydrocele and was treated horribly by large medical facility in Pensacola. Dr Moses ordered all the right tests, completed successful surgery and resolved issues. He listens well and is respectful and professional. Staff and assistant are also excellent. Yes, there is a wait sometimes but what specialist doesn’t?
DO NOT GO TO THIS UROLOGIST IF YOU WANT A DOCTOR TO AT LEAST PRETEND TO CARE: first time I met Dr. Moses he took a phone call while I was talking. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he’s on call and it’s an emergency. Had to have a ureteral stent placed 7-29-24. Moses didn’t cane and talk to me after procedure. Was put on anesthesia for placement. He listened to everything I had to say and his prescription for my malady was right on.
Long waits. Sometimes we had to wait over four hours.
My 86 yo mother was experiencing extreme pain and went to the ER. There they discovered she had blood clots in her bladder. While waiting for Dr Moses to arrive a amazing nurse flushed her bladder repeatedly to get rid of blood clots and alleviate pain. Dr Moses later showed up and asked nurse WHY he did that...(to relieve horrible pain was answer). Horrible experience. Rude, dismissive and doesn’t listen. I told him several times the issues causing me problems and he just sent me on my way with nothing but the bill! Less than a month later, I was hospitalized with kidney failure, an infection that attacked my liver, bladder, urinary track and of course my kidneys. I was in ICU for 9 days! This was the second time visiting this doctor for a previous pre admit appointment. In 2018 I had waited for over 2.5 hours in the examination room before he showed. At first I thought he was busy and didn’t think much of it. Today’s appointment was just like the last time only this time it wasn’t nearly as busy. I still waited 2.5 hours. Him or his staff didn’t even have the courtesy to come in and update me with a “oh he is running late” any form of acknowledgement would have been fine. Doctor Moses told us that my husband had kidney cancer. He scared us out of getting a second opinion when we mentioned it. ( He said another doctor would do a biopsy and the cancer cells would spread and he could end up dying) He removed the kidney and it turned out my husband had a kidney infection. NO CANCER AT ALL! He then had the audacity to sue my husband for the co-pay!! My husband had to be out of work for 2 months after removing the kidney.
Horrible. Rude. Rushes. Doesn’t listen. Took several phone calls during the visit and left several times during the history information. Waited over 6 hour for less than adequate care. I absolutely would not recommend him I have been sick most of my life and I can only think of 1 other time I received the same kind of treatment. 30 years ago at an inner city clinic. Horrible. Will not return. Looking for another Dr. even though my co pay is so high. The worst. Poor ratings. Understand.
