Tim did a great job in helping me sell my father‘s house. His local knowledge and expertise helped us price the house right for the market. It needed quite a bit of work and Tim reached out to his extensive network of buyers who flip homes and we received several offers and were able to close quickly in an all cash deal. The processing of the paperwork was smooth and Tim always kept us updated as to what was going on. Overall, just a great experience and I would highly recommend Tim for any of your real estate needs.
Tim was amazing through the whole selling process AND he got us the best price possible with multiple offers coming in! From providing recommendations on what to improve to get the most bang for our buck, to helping us hire contractors to paint, recarpet and do small repairs, and coordinate discussions with the final buyer's list of demands to close escrow on time.
