I called to see about an oil change m. It's my first car so I'm new to the car business so trying to figure things out was confusing but luckily Jacklin Guzman was able to assist me in where to be transferred to. I could hear a smile on her face while she was assisting me.
I always love the service I get here. The receptionist Jacklin Guzman has a very nice tone and cares about the customer.
Thanks to all the friendly people at Gosch Chevrolet, especially Jacklin G, she's a great receptionist, I feel she really cares about my needs ever time I call.
