Lied to me about changing parts on my vehicle and then refused to talk to me about the issue
Cole did a wonderful job start to finish, excellent customer service with Cole from start to finish
Kept having problems with my car after bringing it in for repairs and had a difficult time getting in touch with my advisor. The Service Manager Eric Rumsower really helped me out with fully explaining why my car kept having issues and was able to expedite the final repair. I appreciate the work of Bree Plageman and I thank Eric Rumsower!
Since I have been there more times than I remember, I gave a "very good" rating. I have a very old car. It appears that I have been on a mission to repair it, piece by piece. If I could afford another car, at this point, I just might. The compressor on the air conditioning has been repaired FOUR TIMES. Each part has been rebuilt, as the car is a 1999.
