Tim was just a fabulous realtor for my husband and I in the purchase of our new home in Olympia, WA. Tim was awesome! I was moving from phoenix and forgot my wallet the first trip to find houses. Tim was kind enough to pick me up at the airport as no car rental facility would rent to me. Tim was also very knowledgeable and helpful to make this happen long distance. I don’t give 5 stars easily, but Tim definitely deserves it!
