I had to take this realtor to the tenant board because he never did any of the finishing work that was promised when I agreed to rent. There were never cupboards in the kitchen. Everything was half hazardously put together. He had an illegal suite in the basement. Quite telling that it took him several years to respond to this rating and entered misinformation which is slanderous.
