I would avoid working with Tim and his team under all circumstances. I purchased a home where he was the listing agent. During the process he failed to take basic care for the property’s security (and displayed his ignorance about basic security measures while selling). Tim is a real pro. He is patient, responsive, and has a great teams and wealth of resources to help out when you are purchasing a new home. My daughter and I hope not to have to buy a new home again any time soon, but highly recommend Tim for others who are preparing to buy or sell!
