Tim did a wonderful job in handling our Flood Insurance policy for the many years we owned our residential property in a flood zone. And even more importantly, when we recently sold our home, Tim went the extra mile to help with cancelling our FEMA Flood Insurance policy; and he went the extra mile again in doing extra work to get our refund issued. He stayed with us, for all the time required, in making this happen. He is truly a great insurance agent, who works extra hard on behalf of his clients!

I appreciate the hand written cards that Tim sends to his clients for holidays and birthdays. He and his staff also worked with me for free when I was hit by a car on my bicycle when I was on a crosswalk. He’s a benefit to the DC community and like a good neighbor, he’s always there.
