Dr. Farrell is always kind and caring in his treatment. He is a very professional man and efficient in his actions. He asks the appropriate questions but listens carefully to my answers. He is not pushy but caring in his encouragement of how I can improve my health.
First time visit to establish doctor-patient relationship. I was impressed with Dr. Irwin's knowledge and his approach to reviewing and determining my condition. He appreciated the medical history information (documents) I provided from a previous doctor's care. I was pleased with the amount of time he spent discussing and assessing my situation. Having come from a metropolitan medical environment, I liked the more personal attention from a qualified doctor and support staff in a smaller setting.
For a first time encounter, Dr Ferrel and his nurses were personable and knowledgeable! Easy to talk to & willing to discuss all questions I had! Grateful for a wonderful care team!!!
Dr. Irwin is very pleasant and makes me feel he has reviewed material on record as well as the lab results before we visit. He also asks if I have questions or concerns, which I appreciate.
Dr. Ferrell was so kind and thorough. He is an outstanding physician. He also did not rush our visit and was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Ferrell truly cares about his patients, he never makes you feel uncomfortable, he also listens to your concerns and makes sure you don't have any questions before leaving. He's been my doctor for both my babies and I am so glad he was. He's an amazing doctor!!
