Talked to me on a level I could understand. He cared and explained things and gave me a couple of options. Very understanding and caring .

Dr. Krell is amazing, but I'm really upset about the front desk person. I had just put over $300 on our account and she wouldn't let my son be seen until we paid $174 for him, even though last time I explained I'm fighting with his ins company to pay. Very upsetting especially since we've been going to this clinic for years and always pay our bill. I'm not sure who is in charge of that, but your going to chase away long term pts
Dr Irwin answers any questions I have in a way that I understand. I appreciate that! He is very frank and to the point and also friendly.
Dr. Irwin is superb. He is knowledgeable, a good listener, asks what I want to know about, and is obviously very concerned about doing what will have the best outcome for me. Yankton is very, very fortunate to have him here.
The visit was great. These rating things are a waste of time and make no sense. They are also a waste of the clinics money. They serve no purpose.
Outstanding visit, very the professional and thorough. I am always comforted with Dr. Irwin's assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan for my cardiovascular condition. We are all very fortunate to have such a compassionate and well-trained cardiologist serving our local community.
Dr. Krell is a wonderful doctor. He has a great bed side manner and has always been great with my kids. He’s by far the best pediatrician I have found for my kids.
