Very friendly customer and good customer service
5 stars for Deva for remaining calm while serving the huge line. I waited 26 minutes for a small double double because this Tims didn’t staff enough. This review is only for Deva for doing an exceptional job. To the manager of this establishment, you would have made so much more money today if you staffed better. 26 minutes for a coffee? Wow! People walked out behind me when they saw the massive line waiting for their items.
Short staff,very very slow. Service only for drive throw. Manager said short budget,short staff. 15 mins wait for 1 coffee. No one come to the counter or talk to customer.
