Used to be my go to place for coffee, but now they’ve just hired people who do not care enough to hand over the orders in time. there’s this young guy (always by the mobile orders) who will look at you and then ignore as if he’s not seen you but i had to wait 20 minutes to get a coffee i already ordered online. They should probably train people better than this and mind me, it wasn’t busy
Employee named Lisa was very rude at drive thru Firstly she took wrong order and then showed attitude while i i request the straw Zero customer service
