Very bad castmer service I'm waiting 10 minutes
Best Tim Hortons in London! Staff are very friendly, quick and accurate!
After waiting 10 minutes to order (only one person in front of me), and one personel working taking orders AND making the drinks, I was met with "you have to wait 5 minutes for dark roast". I asked him for a shot of espresso instead, and appreciate not being charged for that shot, as courtesy for my wait and not having my product available. He asked his manager who standing beside him, the manager dismisses the request right in front of me, instructs him to just tell me to wait 3 minutes, instead of offering me the courtesy.... read more
