I came out with my friends today and i bought food like bagels and iced cap.We really liked the service,the manager I believe Zain talked to us very politely (he served us). I told him you are very fast in giving the order and he kindly replied with "just doing my job and have a good day".This experience was very amazing and fantastic,I would loved to come back to this location;I recommend all my fellow Canadians to come over to this location.
ordered cilantro chicken lime bowl and wedges as I always do (from different locations) but this was by far the worst I have had. Usually they are consistent which is why I enjoy having it as a quick lunch but the whole meal felt gross. The wedges were stale and old, which fine maybe no one had ordered it. But then the rice in the chicken lime bowl was all mushy and the texture was just not good. Usually the rice is individual grains but this was just soft and mushy, it felt gross and dirty combined. disappointed.
Bad rude manager I see why people hate singh hortons now
This time Hortons has amazingly fresh food along with great service.Their staff members are extremely kind and helpful. I dealt in person with Ravneet who was extremely welcoming and helpful as well.
