I have been coming here for over a year every morning at 4am,5 days a week.I would say the Best employee service is provided by Maya.I never have to ask for my order,she always has it ready when i approach the counter.She is curtious and freindly.If they had an Employee of the month program,she would surely be voted 100%.
I just ordered my steeped tea, I saw the guy put my cup in the machine for hot water. Is that how they do it now? Hot water with a little bit of real steeped tea? No wonder why it tastes like just water with milk. Do better.
This is the best Tims location in the area. If you have an adjusted coffee or food order this is absolutely the place where staff will take the extra care and time to make your stuff right. I always order a medium oat ice coffee with extra oat, no sugar, 3 sugar free pumps and am incredibly sensitive to the taste if there wasn’t exactly the oat amount or sf pumps in the coffee.
