last night, i visited the Tim Hortons at onroute for coffee and met Jaspreet, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her customer service and positive energy is amazing! She makes you want to visit again. Keep spreading that beautiful energy!
Very good location. Jaspreet deserves 10 star for her service and her customer service skills. Every tim hortons should have customer service like that.
Jaspreet make one of the best coffee. She always give excellent customer service with smiley face.
I have not had many pleasent experiences lately at Tim’s especially in the drive through. I do however want to mention that in the late night early morning hours at the east bound 401 En Route in Cambridge I do want to thank Cindy for always being polite welcoming. She answers the radio with a good morning and always ends with a thank and have a nice day. She is a blast from the past when Tim’s used to care about customer service. Great job Cindy I appreciate your professionalism
