I’m sorry, but when I went in to order today, the woman was sweeping the floor & took her time coming over to get my order. No hello or smile. Same with the woman who gave me the order. Then someone who might have been the manager came out from the back and silently walked around. No one interacted with each other. Very unwelcoming. If they only knew- all it takes is a smile and “Hello”.
I was so excited when this location opened because it was so close to my home. My wife finds herself going a further distance because of how often they mess up orders. I’ve had this same issue but still went……until now. The other day I ordered the cherry pastry and the drive through. I corrected myself when I saw that that’s what they called it and not a cherry danish as I stated. I corrected myself just to make sure the knew what I wanted.
