Doors should not be locked at 11am feel like employees are forcing everyone in drive thru which typically takes longer especially for pickups
This place is horrible.. I left a complaint online nothing got done. This location could close and probably wouldn’t be missed! Rude people at the window. Food is never good” bagels are hard must times, coffee is always a hit or miss! I will NEVER visit this location again which is horrific to say because it’s on my way in to work. Luckily it’s another location not to far from my job never any problems..
something fishy going on at this place today. as i was charged for different order but was giving the order i asked for. i tried to explain that to the worker at the window ( the order on the screen is not what i asked for ) she said we know that and this is your order you can pay for it now. i paid a different amount than usual. the company needs to investigate this situation.
I order a vanilla latte and when I tried it it was no flavor just milk and water then i open the drink and it look like just hot milk there is no coffee and no vanilla in a vanilla latte coffe
