Before my shift at the hospital I went and ordered a coffee. Double double with a shot of vanilla. I walked to my dept and found they did not put vanilla in it, it didnt even have enough cream and sugar to make it a double double. I walked back and told the woman with glasses and salt and pepper hair I didnt get the vanilla and she asked to see my receipt. This week I was here for 1 week with my father in the Hospital. These ladies and gentlemen that work here are absolutely amazing. The high volume, long lines were so well worked by these individuals, they kept the line moving fast and kept a professional caring attitude!! Joannie was amazing and shined her smile to spread the positive vibe this place gave. #1 best Tim Hortons around!

Khi, Tavoune, Atari was very pleasant. Great attitude, respectful, clean, and paid attention to my whole order.
Some of the workers attitudes are just uncalled for and I could see if I was rude but all I did was ask if my order was called because I admitted I couldn't hear her
