My husband and I were traveling from Canada and decided to visit this Tim Hortons and our experience was simply awesome 👌 Staff member named Ali took our order and he was so friendly and so kind. He greeted us and welcomed us with a big smile. Asked our names and asked us how are we doing. Great Conversation! We have never experienced such a warm genuine hospitality at any of the tim Hortons. ordered 3 take 12’s the amount of profanities and vulgar insults thrown due to such a large order made during the early morning rush was ridiculous. As a patron spending money staff was rude told me i will have to wait til they clear the line in drive thru and front counter is crazy, unprofessional.
