Slow pace
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this morning’s experience made it necessary. I understand that Tim Hortons is a fast-food restaurant, but that’s not an excuse for rude or inconsiderate behavior. The staff appeared more focused on joking and playing around with one another than on serving customers, and my order requests were ignored as a result. Basic courtesy and attention to customers should still be the standard, regardless of how busy or casual the environment may be.
For coffee take 20 min waiting on line
My favorite Tim Hortons. We’re always greeted by Aali with a smile. He makes the drive-by coffee stop genuinely enjoyable and keeps us coming back every time.
Update Saturday January 31ST, 2026. I'm Here Every Morning Purchasing A Half Dozen Chocolate Chip Muffins. I'm Already Forced To Order Through DoorDash/Ubereats Most Days Because Staff Refuses To Open The Lobby Door Any Earlier Than 6AM As Stated In My Previous Review.
