Worse customer experience I’ve had in a long time. It’s like they recruited the rudest workers in Western New York but if that was the goal I’d call it a success. I tried to order a dozen donuts and they said shouted “no” at me. Then I had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on as the girl just stood at the register texting on her phone. Definitely won’t be back, I would not want to inconvenience the workers by making them do their job.

Doesn’t even deserve one star!!! Horrible service, and slow preparing food!! Just horrible there!!! Please get new staff or train them properly!!!! 😡
