Don’t go this Tim Hortons on Grider Street location. Staffs are rude and they refused to get me whatever way I wanted to get my food. They were arguing with me . One of their staff name Nahidur said he is the boss and he can do everything. He was angry. Don’t go this Tim Hortons. Thx

One of my favorite donut shops in Lockport N.Y..I look forward to our yearly treak to Pennelton to visit family because Hortons donuts are delicious.
Ok let me start off saying the night guy who has been working for at least 3 years is awesome everything he makes is perfect. This crew they have now is HORRIBLE nasty unprofessional they give Tim Hortons a bad name. If it wasn't for the regular night guy, I would not buy anything he needs to train them!!!! On customer service and food prep................... OK now its May 2026, they remodel it looks ok but coffee at night is always brunt and cleaning is not a priority. My night guy has moved on, and so shall I brunt coffee... read more
