Staff barely speaks English, they are rude, they sit and talk instead of preparing orders. This only stays open because they have captive customers in the hospital.
The workers flat out ignored my place in like to take care of someone else & then didnt have what I paid for so they demanded i sign something for my refund. Ive had bad service before but damn that 23 minutes of my life I won't get back
I ordered through my phone and I ordered for Iced Coffee with cream and sugar but they didn’t put any cream or sugar. I ordered stepped tea they gave me regular one. Ruined my morning on my birthday .
