Y’all have a guy in training named Khalil, just really impressed with his customer service and ability for being “in training.” Just haven’t been to a Tim Hortons in awhile where I actually noticed someone go that extra mile. Y’all got a diamond in the rough don’t let him go.
I never have a problem, but today at 1130 getting a coffee the lady at the drive through was rude and in a bad mood. I ordered a double double but seemed to be missing cream and sugar, I went home thinking maybe it was on the bottom so I stirred and there was none, hopefully it was just a 1 time thing at this location

Food and drinks are usually good, but today Angelica took my order in the drive thru, and she was very un interested and rude. Got our order wrong, didn't ask about whipped topping, and showed she obviously didn't care
