I cross my fingers that it’s Jesus working everytime. Me and my brother love him here. Honestly, it’s usually a poor experience with someone who doesn’t speak English but whenever Jesus is working it’s truly like coming to a 5 star restaurant. He has the best customer service out of anyone there and I will continually come to this location just for his customer service. He always makes sure our order is correct and hot everytime too. In this location the workers were playing around with a girl and shouting curse words while taking my orders that is right in the middle of taking my order. All the tables were dirty and looks like have not been kept up for some hours. This location used to be clean and family friendly and my wife always loves to come to this location but not any more… the manager has to consider and change the staff
I don’t believe that it was such a poor service that I had to write a review. We order our usual breakfast and have never ever come across such rude customer service at Tim Hortons. The lady taking our order kept blaming us for keep adding to our order as she didn’t understand the concept of breakfast meal. Then we moved to collecting our order and the lady kept screaming ‘hold on hold on’ for any questions and was not even ready to give away few extra paper napkins.
