Avoid this location at any cost!! Even one star is too much to be honest. I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a coffee. I simply asked for a glass of water with my order and was told that I could not have one unless I paid for it. I have visited countless Tim Hortons locations, as well as Starbucks, and many other major coffee shops across the United States, and I cannot remember ever being refused a simple glass of water after making a purchase. I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons for about a year now. So far I’ve had little to no difficulty with them. The workers are quick, nice, and very friendly. Their food is always perfect and I never find myself complaining. I always see and hear the staff working hard to get in orders, even if they’re short on staff and there’s a lot of orders, they still manage to get everything done right.
