I placed an order from the app, as I have for over 6 years. There was a young lady who started my order; however, half way through, an older woman jumped on claiming they didn't have any honey dip timbits and claimed they were unable to refund my order from their end. Service has gone way down. If I could put service at a negative I would. It used to be way better. I clearly asked them for a muffin in the drive through but she didn’t ring it up. I told them I would pay for the muffin i clearly ordered and they told me I had to get out of the line right now.!!!! Why not just make right your mistake? This place is a joke!
